Hello my friends,
I want to move within KL (move closer to my work), so my room will become available.I live in Condo Suasana Bangsar, a quite new and nice Condo. Gym, games room with Dart and pool, a large pool (good enough to properly swim) and a barbecue area is also available.
In the apartment live 5 people (including me). One Chinese woman and a Danish girl live here permanently and two other Swiss girls will move out in the middle of July, because they finished their semester abroad. I do not know who will move in for the Swiss girls.
The closest station is Bangsar LRT station, which is one stop from KL Sentral. There is a convenient store in the building, several restaurants close by and Bangsar Village and Midway shopping mall in walking distance.
I am very flexible regarding the move in date, but obviously the sooner the better. I set the date to in 3 weeks, but just ask me about when you want to move and we can see! :)
Visiting the Apartment is welcomed so that you can meet the flatmates. Please message me also what you will be doing in KL and for how long you will stay, as the landlord wants a contract for that time period.
The monthly rent is MYR 1800 and includes everything, except MYR 30 per month cleaning lady cost.
