2. It's basically the center of KL, Bukit Bintang, and Cheras (Extremely convenient if you drive to KL Sentral, Pavilion, KLCC, Midvalley, MyTown, Sunway Velocity)
3. The cost of the room per month covers Electricity, WiFi, and Water bills so basically you won't need to worry about all of that.
4. You can cook in the kitchen with all the tools and utensils provided and well maintained (If you move in, we ask you to continue to maintain the facilities as if it's your own, we appreciate those who take care of the house like how we do)
5. There's a washing machine for you to wash your clothes and dry them.
