The location is very central and close to all basic necessities (cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores in Bukit Bintang) The apartment also comes with a spare room for friends and guests.

The building is in good condition with parking space, pool, gym, tennis court, snack shop, little library, laundry service, and private security. The MRT & monorail is only a 5-minute walk away.

The quiet room is fully furnished and has a nice view of the pool area. It has a queen-size bed and a king-size closet with a ceiling fan and AC. Everything in the Apartment is clean, fixed and nicely designed.

Monthly Rental: RM 1000 excluding utilities
