Terms and condition:
1. Owner to notify tenant with 1 month notice if new/existing tenant would like to rent the car park
2. Tenant to notify owner with 1 month notice if tenant plans to stop renting
3. Tenant is not allowed to duplicate the card
4. Tenant is fully responsible with the card. Should tenant lose the original card, tenant has to make the full amount to request for new card
5. Owner to collect 1 month deposit (RM 100) from tenant. Deposit will be refunded when tenant moves out and returns the original card in a good condition
6. Payment has to be made to owner by 3rd of the month. Any late payment has to inform owner and it's subject to owner's agreement.
7. If tenant plan to let go the car park in less than 6 months tenure, the deposit is non-refundable.
