Hi, I'm Michael Ong Poh Ghee (NRIC No 660918-07-5027), a first-time host from Prai, Penang. This is my personal apartment in Prai, and I'm excited to rent it out to someone who will take good care of it- just like I have. The apartment is located at Lorong Kikik Satu, Taman Inderawasih, Prai, Penang. There is easy excess to food and entertainment. The location is safe and peaceful. It is probably the best township in Penang.

The unit is clean. fully furnished, and comes with air conditioning and fans, a water heater, and basic kitchen appliances. Everything is in great condition because I've only recently prepared it for renting.

Since I'm new to hosting, I may not have years of experience - but what I lack in experience, I make up for in dedication, I'll respond quickly, be fair with deposits, and make sure any issues are fixed as soon as possible. I want this to be a positive experience for both of us.
