HELLO! Our place is at I Residence, Kota Damansara - it's a 4 mins WALK from 🚆 MRT Kota Damansara. The building is built 2013 so very modern and clean. Tight security with access card-only entry and private parking space.

🦋 Room is SMALL room and air-conditioned. Attached are actual pictures.
--> There's also a wardrobe, desk, and chair!
Prefer someone tidy, clean, and quiet.

🚗 By car - 1 min from MRT Kota Damansara, 5 minutes from Sunway Giza, Tropicana Gardens, Sunway Nexis, Thomson Hospital, Segi University. 7 minutes from IKEA, Surian Tower. Also near Damansara Perdana, TTDI, Help University.

Facilities includes gym, barbecue place, tennis court, infinity swimming pool, etc.
