You have medium-sized bedroom and will share a bathroom with 1 other person (shower and toilet, hot water). The room is furnished with queen-sized bed, wardrobe, fan, air-conditioner and a bedside table. There is a weekly cleaner and free wifi.
Looking for long-term tenancy (1 year). RM650 rent + shared utilities (electricity, water and sewerage, gas if cooking). Moderate use of AC averages RM65 monthly.
The condominium comes with outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, gym, and a mini-basket ball court. Our neighbours are lovely people and we enjoy stopping by to say hello and catch up. It has a very nice community atmosphere.
Kondominium Abadi Villa is ideally positioned off Klang Road, only five-minute drive to Mid Valley and 10-minute drive to Bangsar and KL Sentral. If you don't have a car, the Rapid KL bus to Sentral stops three times an hour in front of the condominium. If you don't mind a 10-minute walk to the Old Klang Road, you can catch a bus almost every minute. There is a MRT feeder bus T585 stop to Kuchai MRT Station across the road (every 30 mins).
Taman Desa has wide range of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The condominium is only one-minute walking distance from 7/11, KK-Mart convenient stores, mini Giant, several mamak shops, 5-minute walking distance from Taman Danau Desa shops, and 5-minute drive to the wet market.
