PV10 Medium Room for Rent

- Just repainted during MCO time
- Single bed frame, table and chair provided (cube wardrobe could be provide too)
- With window
- Prefer chinese non-smoker working female (because toilet will share with female tenants only)
- Prefer non-cooking/less cooking tenant
- No aircond
- Washing machine
- Water heater
- Water filter for drinking
- Fridge (small size)

Total 4 rooms in the unit, 1 room taken by myself (male), another two rooms by one female student and one working female
- Currently using maxis fibre 100mbps, RM30 fix per tenant
- Utilities will share by headcount (if found out any unreasonable increased in bill, will further decide how to calculate)

Only downside of this room is it linked to master room's washroom but the door will be locked all the time and will not be sharing, the door from the room also installed one lock for privacy purposes, you may block the door with bigger wardrobe for more soundproofing from washroom and personally feel more secured
