- Wash Area - Washing Machine - You can use the washing machine for washing, daily consumer would be shared or use your owned.
- Smoking policy - You're only allowed to smoke at balcony or outside of the unit, strictly not within the room and unit.

Terms:
- 1 Year rental - 12 months
- Termination clause - 2 months’ notice in advanced.
