Middle room for rent at Jalan Bangsar

I am looking for a working individual for the room advertised. Rental is RM 1300 per month.I have 2 rooms available so the tenant can choose the room. It is fully furnished with ample wardrobe space and a study table.The bathroom is a shared one. Paying guest has access to the kitchen for cooking. The individual can use the rest of the house when I am not in as I travel frequently. No visitor, except the parents are allowed to visit. The tenanted room will have to be cleaned by the tenant while the rest of the apartment will be cleaned by a cleaner. Of course the kitchen and the bathrooms should be left clean after use. Car park bay is available for RM 150 per month. The room has an air conditioner and its electricity use will be paid by the tenant. The room is in a condominium at Bt Bandaraya area.
