Student Room for rent

We have various rooms such as :
1- for 2 pax ( Queen bed )
2- for 1 pax ( Single Bed )
3- for 3 pax ( Triple bed )
4- for 4 pax ( 1 Queen Bed + 1 Bunk Bed )

All foreigners and local Malaysian are welcome to stay !


Facilities:
- Air-cond room
- There are water heaters in the bathrooms
- No cooking allowed (Kitchen area provides only basic amenities such as
drinking water, hot
water, fridge, bread toaster, microwave oven, coffee & tea, light foods &
snack.
- Iron

Payment Terms:
Initial Payment: 1+1 (1 month deposit + 1 month rent)
**Please provide 3 days in advance notice to continue stays for the next month
or to stop
residency.
