We are from the Lau's Family.
Nice to have you here, and we hope to meet you soon.

Alvin owns this place, and the plan was to get married and live here.
However, because of work commitment, Alvin has to move aboard for an expatriate assignment, and this is the reason why we are renting.
The place is unfurnished, we are renovating it to get the basic equipments up and running. Get in touch, and let us know your interest.

WHO ARE WE?
This home is managed by us from the Lau Family.
There are 5 of us, Jenny, Alvin, Kelvin, Jojo and Joanne, we call ourselves Jovin, and we are all from different professions, i.e. furnishing business, accountant, professional chef, early childhood educator and actress.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We do not believe in discriminated policies. We strongly disapprove other landlords' discriminative practices that profile renters with stereotypes based merely on one's race / religions / nationality, that means:
- We welcome renters from all races
- We welcome renters with different religions
- We welcome renters from any nationality

We promise you will never be profiled / be discriminated against by your skin colour, what you believe in, or where you are from.
Likewise, we encourage you to not use any of these discriminative judgements while you select your prospective renting space.
