Hi, I have a small room for rent in Menara Duta 2 which is ready to move in in September 2020. The room is furnished with fan, a single bed with mattress, wardrode and cupboard. The unit is equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, stove (light cooking is allowed) and microwave etc. The rental is RM450.00 inclusive of utilities (water, electricity and wifi). I am looking for friendly and neat housemate, preferably female working professionals.
