Single room for rent at Pantai Hillpark Phase 3

Looking for housemate to occupy the 3rd room in our condo. Phase 3 is quiet and serene.
Room is fully furnished with a cool little balcony. It comes with:

- Queen sized mattress
- Small wooden wardrobe
- Stand Fan
- Aircon

You will share bathroom with a cool dude who stays in middle room. Water heater available.

Rental includes wifi, Coway water filter, electricity (capped at RM150/mth. Any excess, to pay), water, Indah Water.

We chip in weekly or fortnightly for cleaner to clean common/shared space. If you’d like her to clean your room, payment is separate.

There are only 2 of us living here for now. We value privacy but we’re generally easy-going people. We share all common spaces - hall, dining, kitchen, balcony. Rules apply.

Cleanliness is key. Mutual respect is important. You must also be working.

2 months deposit + 1st month’s rental upon confirmation.
