It is a new single terrace house with 3 rooms.
It is a non-gated, non- guarded new housing area.
All rooms installed with mosquito net, ceiling fan, LED light, 2 plug points, tiled floor.
Provided bed frame and mattress, mattress cover, one pillow and pillow cover, one clothes rack, one table and one plastic chair, and one metal rack.
It is grilled for all windows and main door.
All windows are installed with proper curtain-railways and curtains.
High quality water filter installed in kitchen for drinking water, can drink it directly.
Washing machine with proper piping and drainage provided.
Fridge with 2 doors provided.
Iron and iron board provided too.
One electric kettle provided.
Stronger water pressure for shower, direct piping from water meter.
Water heater provided in all bathrooms.
Opposite this house is a playground. Easier for exercise or park one car opposite the house.
2 months deposit and 1 month rental during confirmation.
UNIFI is included and provided.
No aircond, no cleaner provided.
Cooking not allowed (cook maggi stil ok). No pet allowed ! Strictly no smoking !
All water bill and electricity bill are sharing basis among all housemates.
Need to have own motorbike or car for own transportation.
Bicycle is not suitable.
Restricted to UTP - Universiti Teknologi Petronas students / lecturers / university students only.
Prefer Chinese. Current housemates are 1 chinese boy, Master students of UTP.
Upon confirmation, bring an ic copy and a copy of confirmation letter of university.
