Hello! We are 2 girls looking for a third housemate to stay with us at Mirage Residence. We are both colleagues, our office is located on the same street as the apartment. I speak French, English & Malay, while the other girl speaks both English & Malay. We are clean, easy to live with, and have 4 cats. The apartment is very bright & sunny, spacious (1518sqft) and fully furnished (washing machine, air cond, TV, wifi, microwave, oven, etc). 2 sharing parking spots. The room you would be looking at is a room without an attached bathroom (there are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, so basically we all would have our own-- it's just that this one is not attached in the room). Rent will be RM1100 which is fairly cheap in this area. (The facilities are pretty top notch too!) I’d be happy to send you videos + photos so just hit me up!
