You will be sharing with 3 very friendly & down-to-earth Chinese housemates

- RM 450 p/month include water, electricity (with terms & condition) & Unifi
-1Month Rental +1 Month Deposit
- Move in condition
-Non smoker
-24 Hours Security
- LRT "Glenmarie"(KJ27) within 1min drive or 6 min walk frm condo
- No pets allowed
-Include : Water Bills, Electricity Bills-(with terms & condition), Partly Furnish, Washing Machine, Fridge, Television,water heater…(NO Air Con…NO Condo Parking..but can park in the condo clubhouse which is just 2 min walk.. : )
