Looking for new tenants! A very strategic place for everyone especially
students who is looking for a place in Shah Alam area. It is very well located
to Seksyen 7, Shah Alam and Padang Jawa. As close as you can get to UiTM
Seksyen 7 in 7 minutes drive, UNISEL (10 minutes' drive), KTM Padang Jawa
(700m walking), PUSPAKOM, JPJ (10 minutes’ drive), JUSCO Bukit Raja (10
minutes’ drive) and Federal Highway & NKVE.
Best to fit max for 10 people as the house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It
is a semi fully-furnished, with bunk-bed for each room as we are targeting for
students or start-up family. So far, there was no issue for safety since it is
a guarded gated area.

However, anyone who is interested in renting our space, are almost welcome as
