TAR Villa is a low density condominium situated along Jalan 1/27A, Desa Setapak, (Wangsa Maju). It has 112 units and every unit is a corner unit.
TAR Villa has good access to public transportation. A bus stop is located at its door step and the Wangsa Maju LRT station is just 5 minutes walk away (less than 300 meters). RapidKL and Metro buses serve the area and they travel to a lot of places. The condominium is also covered by UTAR or TARC's shuttle bus services.
