I'm currently looking for girls who'd like to rent together with me and a friend in Desa Kiara, TTDI. We already sourced the apartment, and are just looking for tenants.

Fully furnished (only single bed in medium room)
1. Sharing medium room - RM400 (2 pax); OR
2. Non sharing medium room - RM800
Deposit: 3 months + 497 (utility deposit, TA cost, stamping fee, keys)
Move in date: May 4th
Tenants: 3/4 in total
Duration: preferably 1 year (until April 2025)
Preferably working adults but if you're students and can pay on time, then we're good 💗
