Hi everyone, I am looking for working Malaysian housemates. I have 2 rooms.One is a middle room and the other one is a small room.Both rooms are furnished with bed frame and mattress,stand fan,aircond and a built in cabinet. Location is at OUG Parklane,Old Klang Road.This is a FEMALE only unit.
Move in date : March 2024 onwards
Rental Period : 6 months and above
Middle Room : RM650
Small Room : RM450 (Additional RM100 for parking) (with bedframe)
Both rooms are including utilities,and both the rooms will be sharing one bathroom
Pictures that is attached is just the rooms and bathroom pictures,the remaining pictures will be provided upon request due to privacy concern.
