Middle room for rent at Vista Kiara Condomimium prefer 👩female

We are looking for a friendly, clean and responsible single person to rent our Master Room. The room comes with a king-sized bed, wardrobe, and a table. The room is suitable for one person only.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, washing machine, refrigerator, and high-speed internet.
Light cooking is allowed. We are looking for someone who is NON-SMOKING and DOES NOT COOK FREQUENTLY. We prefer someone with a stable financial economy status and who can pay rent on time. Additionally, we would like someone who is friendly, respectful, and clean.

Rent is RM700 per month, exclusive of utility bills. The utility bills (water, electricity, gas, and internet) will be shared among the tenants. If you need a car park it will be available for rent at RM 150 to 200 per month. The room is available from anytime. A security deposit equivalent to two month and half's rent is required upon move.
