TR Residence Condominium’s Parking Lot for rent.
About 20 meters walking distance to Titiwangsa LRT interchange (Sri Petaling line and Ampang line), Monorail to KL Sentral, MRT2 Putrajaya line.

• Tenancy is minimum 6 months.
• Parking lot rental is RM150 for 6 months, including 1 pc boom gate access card. The access card must be returned to owner in good condition if the tenancy ends or discontinued.
• Any loss card / damaged card replacement, the cost will be borne by renter.
• Card deposit of RM200 cannot be treated as substitute for rental within the renting period. Deposit will be fully refund if there is no unsettled compound issued by condominium due to violating the parking rules or accident that causes damage of property in this condominium.
• Renter cannot sublet Parking Lot to others, unless with permission from owner.
• It is hereby agreed and declared between the two parties that the owner shall under no circumstances be liable for loss, damages or misuse to the car parked at Parking Lot. Renter
should always adhere to TR Residences condo house rules from time to time.
• Owner will find new replacement 2 months before the tenancy term terminates, if renter does
not wants to continue.
• After mature of tenancy, owner has the right to review the rental fees.
