Hi,
I'm only renting out 2 rooms with a shared toilet in a single storey bungalow. Actual location is in Taman Eng Ann. Just renting out for companion rather than room renting business, where there are many other tenants around.

I prefer single working male/female/retired. I'm flexible if you would like to rent for short term or long term rental.

There are 2 entrances to the house. The tenants will have their own entrance from the side door.
